python-hp3parclient software package provides client library that can talk to the HP 3PAR Storage array, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install python-hp3parclient

python-hp3parclient is installed in your system.

Make ensure the python-hp3parclient package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python-hp3parclient *
